Hi, we are thinking of moving from west London to Cambridge – or one of the surrounding villages – next year. We have three young kids all under 5 so the move is driven by a need for a bigger house, which is out of our reach where we live now, as well as schools. Hopefully wouldn’t need to commute back to London for work, but we would want to be fairly close to Cambridge.

Does anyone have any expertise or advice on the area? Thanks.

    Good evening,

Cambridge is an amazing city and I am sure you will love it. It is a vibrant city and has so much to offer. The people are so friendly and welcoming, a diverse range of shops and quality restaurants and pubs. It really is fantastic.

I would welcome the opportunity of chatting to you and helping you and your family find your next home. Do you have any villages in mind? What often defines where people chose to live in Cambridge is their commute to work. Some people do not mind sitting in traffic for 45mins every day, where others much prefer to cycle or catch a bus.

Also one of the most important factors is your budget as prices in and around the villages vary considerably. Please feel free to ring or text me 07809 339329 #fineandcountry or send me a tweet @FandC_Cambridge

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards
