If you are thinking of heading out of London, I can help you find your ideal home in rural South West France. I am based in Touffailles, Tarn et Garonne and work as an estate agent, property finder http://www.maydayfrance.fr

This is very tentative since we own homes in London and Cumbria. However we were thinking if spending about 4-6mths a year in France (no more than at, to escape he French wealth tax!). Having spent time in Quercy and the Gers, we love the rarer. We’re looking for a small and cheap but aesthetic ie old, not modern, place. We’re a couple, and need not much more than a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living room either in a I village or in the country. Pool would be great but e could do that ourselves or perhaps do without. Husband adores excellent restaurants. I’m a healthy living salad freak in contrast! We love architecture, the arts, as well as total peace! Roxy@ibexpartners.net
