does anyone have any information on the ‘rush hour’ HighSpeed trains down to Kent between 16:00 and 19:00
are there any seats at St.Pancras and Stratford or is it standing room only ?
    Thanks

    Hi Victor,

The 16:37 isn’t too bad and the 17:37 has an additional 6 carriages but the 18:37 is ridiculously busy and very overcrowded.

Thanks James for the fast reply
A couple of follow up questions
Do they empty out at Ebbsfleet or Ashford?
And do you know the same about the 17:07 & 18:07 to Dover

    Hi Victor,

I commute to Deal so rarely get the 17:07 & 18:07 but I would suspect they are similar to the Sandwich services. It does empty slightly at Ebbsfleet and then after stopping at Ashford there are usually empty seats and it becomes a more relaxing journey. There are rumours that an announcement on extra carriages could come early next year allowing extra capacity on the route.
