Find a School

We know that schools matter when you're house hunting and we appreciate it can be very time consuming finding a place you love and then working out the nearby schools.

We are delighted to recommend making use of a couple of great tools.

Firstly Locrating and secondly the School Guide. Both are free to use and can really help you work out where you nearest schools will be.

Please do not rely on Ofsted (which can be out of date) nor assume the 'catchments' on these websites are correct. You must speak to the council.  Don't forget to look at Secondary Schools as well as primary AND finally - always make sure you have a plan b!
